Teachers Workshop Report
Date: 05.08.2023 (Saturday), Topic: Teamwork
The workshop was organised by our management to ensure that all the teachers should work as a team for the Welfare of the school.
We started the workshop with our beloved Vice principal mam speech then we divided the teachers into 5 groups and then we started a game based on teamwork.
Materials Required:
Pens - 5
Rubber ball -1
Challenge
Each team has to lift the ball with pen and they have to place a ball in a given box.
Rules
Team should not touch the ball with hands. They have to use the tip of a pen. If the ball touches the ground they have to restart.
This team building activity requires lot of patience and high level of teamwork. You can practically see teamwork in action during this activity. Even after the completion of the activity, you will find powerful energy of bonding and spirit of harmony in entire team.
Conclusion
One of the most critical components of building a positive school culture is fostering relationships among the teachers. Creating relationships among teachers will lead to increase collaboration, more trust, better communication and much success.
Teachers enjoyed this awesome team building event.
