Shemford Futuristic School was established in 2016. It is situated in Budalur, which is in Thanjavur District. It’s a CBSE school located in rural area and has got Pre-primary, Primary & High school classes. Our school has a building of its own and it is situated spaciously in the middle of the ground surrounded by plants and trees.

The building was constructed in unique & different manner, with octagon shaped inside and surrounded by rectangular shaped building outside. The octagon shaped building consist of Principal office, Counselling room, Day care room, Math lab, Computer lab, Staff room and Admin room (office). The rectangular shaped building have 10 classrooms and Composite lab.

Our school consists of well-equipped laboratories such as Composite lab (Science), Math lab, Computer lab etc., where safety measures are followed in which the fire extinguishers are fitted in front of the lab and inspected periodically.

Our school has well-aerated play ground with separate courts for Volley ball, Kabaddi, Long jump, Athletics, Indoor games etc.,

Library is well stocked with many Reference books, Journals, Magazines, Dailies etc.., it consist of approximately 1800 books.

There are well furnished Classroom with white and smart boards. The class rooms are highly ventilated and constructed sophisticatedly which is maintained properly and hygienically.
